Inspired by the tragedy in Florida - Lathrop High School students want to STOP mental health stigma and offer young people and families RESOURCES to address a REAL need...

Guest speaker: Michael Fields, Executive Director of Peer Recovery Services, operating The Wellness Center of San Joaquin County -known state-wide and the first “Peer-run Organization” in SJC!

Presentation: Two individuals living with mental illness will share their stories -from Dark Days, to Acceptance, Treatment, using Coping Skills, and living in Successful Recovery!

NAMI On Campus High School (NCHS) Clubs are student-led clubs that raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma on campus through peer led activities and education. Club leaders and members become advocates within their school and local community, and work towards creating a more positive and mental health-supportive school environment.
