Plan of California/Proxy Parents Foundation

At a recent General Meeting, Speaker, Baron L. Miller, Attorney at Law gave an informative and interesting talk on estate planning for families of persons with mental illness and introduced the audience to PLAN of CA of the Proxy Parents Foundation.
